At the head of the Bancassurance Department at the Saham Assurance insurance company, Samia Terhzaz can boast a good career, mainly within two Moroccan groups; First at “L'Omnium Nord-Africain” company and then at Saham. With a master's degree in management sciences and a post-graduate diploma from Paris-Dauphine, Samia Terhzaz had a first experience in France, within the Saint-Gobain company. Back in Morocco, she joined the ONA Group as Controller and then moved on to the "Development and Synergy" department where she carried out major M & A and Strategy missions: "It was a great experience. I was lucky to work for large companies in Morocco”, she says. In 2008, she joined Saham Holding," a dynamic company with a vision and a corporate culture that has nothing to envy the big international groups”. She quickly took over the management of human resources from the Saham Assurance insurance company, a ”position that requires both empathy and firmness". In 2015, another challenge is offered to this mother of two children: she was appointed to head the management of the Bancassurance section. A mission that does not prevent her from being deeply involved in her personal life: "I am a happy mother and I take the time necessary to take care of my children”, she says. As a sportive woman, Samia participates with her husband in marathon events: “Sport contributes greatly to my balance”.
